As you probably know by now, my name is Dave and I live in Poole on the south coast of England. I work for, Sydenhams Ltd a local Independent Timber and Builders Merchants, located on the Quay.  My  main love is football and I'm a fervent supporter of AFC Bournemouth, my local league team which plays in the 1st Division of the Coca Cola League. I've attended a majority of their home games over the last thirty years and also travelled to many away matches.  I have created an unofficial AFCB site on these pages.  I also like to watch just about any sport football, cricket, snooker, golf, American football, basketball, baseball, rugby - you name it, I'll watch it. In past years I've been honoured by being the Chairman of a youth football club called the Parkstone Grasshoppers F.C., after having founded and coached the team for six years. Now Retired!! I like to play a round of golf now and again and used to be a local league snooker player. Recently I joined the Society of Poole Men, an organization of which my father, Brothers and uncle have been members for many years, and I've also created the Society's Web page. Another thing that I like to do is travel. I've driven throughout Europe and made several visits to the United States.  I like to take photos and most of those you see on these pages have been taken by me.
